Customer service is the least of the service area’s concern. I had an appointment, showed up to find out it’s been cancelled. Called numerous times thereafter to reschedule. Had a family member call on my behalf and got things moving. I attended the rescheduled appointment to be forgotten about although I was present all checked in. I was told “I don’t see your name in the system.” Whole time I was calm and sincerely confused as to why no accountability was taken. Isaiah was not apologetic and checked in with me but kept providing the same time frame of 15 mins for the work to be completed. After approaching him about telling me the same thing I couldn’t get a straight answer. I could’ve caused a scene yet I remained very professional. Also performed a follow up call to speak to management and was left on hold for an hour. Why work in customer service to then not provide it? More

estimated times are always off. My car was sitting 1 hr and I had to mention this to my service agent . Plus I am charge an extra 3% if I used my credit card ..not nice Nissan.
