The service advisor was polite but was very unprepared when it was time to assist me or help me check out. Papers were missing and all over the place. The Rental advisor was not so polite. Overall everyon when it was time to assist me or help me check out. Papers were missing and all over the place. The Rental advisor was not so polite. Overall everyone who assisted me was very unprofessional and not attentive to the client. And a lot of false explanations. Misinterpretation of a lot of things that were explained were not fully explained. Or explained incorrectly. I didn’t have a good experience here. Nissan needs better employees and a better team that is willing to actually help the customer not just take their money. More
