I got to the dealer for service and they took care of me right away. The service was quicker than what I thought. I went in for oil change and tired rotation plus had to take care of a recall and I was out right away. The service was quicker than what I thought. We had come in for our car's first service. There were positives and some things that we felt could have been better. Starting with the positives: 1) We were welcomed with a smile 2) Patrick explai positives and some things that we felt could have been better. Starting with the positives: 1) We were welcomed with a smile 2) Patrick explained what would be done as a part of the service clearly 3) chairs and wait area was clean and sanitized 4) post service, a checklist was provided as to what was done to the car Moving to the not so great experience 1) significant wait time. Patrick initially said it would take 1.15 hours while it ended up taking close to 2.5 hours. 2) But the thing that made us really upset was: we were given a complimentary car wash brochure and patrick told us it would be valid for 5 days. We appreciated and took it but never checked it. But then on the 4th day when we saw the brochure, it said it was valid only for 3 days. We immediately tried calling route 22 and got no response. It was very upsetting to know that we were told 5 days but the brochure was valid only for 3 days. More
