Waited 5 hours for service completion. Car didn't start when they gave me the keys. They tried to jump start it and I refused, insisting they check an ascertain what the issue is so I'll b Car didn't start when they gave me the keys. All the technicians left, Chris was slamming doors, couldn't get the manager and all the could do was a battery diagnostic and check the connections. This was after presenting me with an itemized list of "critical " things need to be done (hub cap which my car doesn't have) totaling $5K and trying to sell me on SUNBRIT financing. They didn't know I had CarShield active insurance. I was supposed to get a call from Isaiah the service rep and haven't heard from him. Returned the manager's call without a response. More
