2019 RAV4 1st Service This is our 6th RAV4 we’ve leased through Huntington Toyota so obviously we are happy with the Dealer/Service experience. The Service Advisor, Willia This is our 6th RAV4 we’ve leased through Huntington Toyota so obviously we are happy with the Dealer/Service experience. The Service Advisor, William Bonilla, was professional and courteous as usual. There were however a few issues with the service that I want to bring to your attention. The engine/transmission ECU was re-flashed per TSB to correct an acceleration hesitation. Issue #1: After the re-flash the tire pressure warning light stayed on even though the tire pressure was correct. I was told this should go away after driving 20 minutes or so. After 30 miles the light was still on so I brought the car back, which at the time was very inconvenient and out of my way. After investigation I was told that due to the re-flash the tire pressure threshold was reset to 38 PSI meaning the light wouldn’t turn off unless the pressure was above 38 PSI. The threshold was adjusted and the warning light is now off. -Why would the default be 38 PS!? -Was this step missed in the re-flash process? Issue #2: When I got home I noticed the passenger side glove box was on the floor. Not a big deal to re-install but for someone else it may have necessitated another trip back to the service department! More

He really listened to what we wanted in a car for our son and made many suggestions but steered us (excuse the pun) in the perfect direction towards a used Toyota Avalon which is proving to be a unique and delightful experience to drive. If Yoelis had not taken the time with us to discuss the various cars, I don't think we would have made a purchase the other day. We are very happy we did and will recommend him and his boss (don't recall his name) who stayed late to close the deal. More

If it’s too good to be true, it is I was so very disappointed in my experience here. I’ve bought/leased 6 cars in my lifetime, all from different places, some from out of state and neve I was so very disappointed in my experience here. I’ve bought/leased 6 cars in my lifetime, all from different places, some from out of state and never have I had the experience like I had here. Most people know (or should know) when you see an advertisement for a car and it talks about “you can drive this car for $X dollars per month!!” that there’s an assumption you are putting money down in order to get to that monthly payment. Understood. However, in the case of a used car, never have I seen such a thing. I called around to a number of dealerships selling used sienna’s all over New England. Everywhere gave me straight up price because it’s a used car. Huntington Toyota did not share with me until I was basically getting ready to run my credit that “oh by the way the price you saw is after a $2000 downpayment. Sorry, many customers don’t realize that’s a disclaimer on our website”. WHAT?!?! First of all I found this vehicle on cars.com and there was no such disclaimer there. Second, you are knowingly admitting there’s a problem with your advertisement. Third, I did find said disclaimer on their website but are you kidding me?!? Fourth, I drove 3 hours for this car because it was a great deal (seemingly) and so when I asked about dealer fees and pricing over the phone and told the rep I was driving from far away, why wasn’t that information disclosed?! Fifth, I asked about the condition of the car ahead of time, come to find out the inside of the trunk was scratched SO badly. I was told that this was factored into the “reduced price”. Right... I ended up buying the car because I’m a mother with three young kids, I was returning to work and was desperate for a vehicle that would accommodate my family size. I drove so far and spent so much time negotiating that I really didn’t have a choice but to move forward. But I really wish I could have just walked away. My sales guy was super nice and did his job to the best he could. I don’t blame him. I blame management in how they are running this show. The sienna is a great car. I just wish I bought it from somewhere else. Good luck if you go to this dealership. More
