We met with salesman Joe Batista, took a testvdrive and went back to the dealership to discuss purchase of 2019 RAV 4 Le AWD. After doing some research on line and other dealerships, we had a number in mind of how much we wanted to spend on this automobile and checked with KBB on trade in value of my daughters car. After some very brief haggling, we arrived at a price on both cars and completed a deal. Me. Batista stayed with us throughout the 4 plus hour ( too long) process. He was a pleasure to deal with.
