Always on guard for the run around My service started out with a push for me to buy new tires. Then I was charged 69:95 for an oil change and the rep knew there’s was a coupon for 49.95 My service started out with a push for me to buy new tires. Then I was charged 69:95 for an oil change and the rep knew there’s was a coupon for 49.95 but did not divulge. I also had 10$ in rewards that I had to inquire about before that was put toward my service charges. I was told that my 5000 mile service had not been performed in over a year. I am at this dealership regularly every 5000 miles to change my oriole how could this have not been communicated to me before. This was by far the worst experience I’ve had there as Kelly is my usual service representative and she is absolutely wonderful More
