Scammers Yesterday I ended up paying nearly $600 for repairs that I shouldn’t have to. While my car was under warranty I complained about the brakes on two sep Yesterday I ended up paying nearly $600 for repairs that I shouldn’t have to. While my car was under warranty I complained about the brakes on two separate service appointments. Would you believe that for my appointment yesterday they said my rare brakes are totally shot and must be replaced. Why did they not replace it those two other times when it was covered? This is a 2015 certified suv that I purchased exactly a year ago and paid so much extra money for coverage. Same goes for the battery, I had to buy a new one. The car is not even 3 years old as yet. I am mad as xxxx because they chose to ignore my constant complaint about the brakes until I was no longer covered. Scammers. Calling the manager now to make a formal complaint. Women, please be careful, they take big ad advantage of you, especially when you don’t come with a man. Go over everything thoroughly with them before you sign anything. Get what you pay for. More
