Pushy, condescending - I had to argue for over an hour and half for the same deal I negotiated with another dealer in 15 minutes. Tried to leave but they had my keys. I made an appt. for airbag recall. I was told at that time that they didn't have any loaner cars available. So I started scrambling to get a ride back. When I dropped off the vehicle I inquired about an time that they didn't have any loaner cars available. So I started scrambling to get a ride back. Finally got someone to bring me back to the dealership when notified that the car was ready but maybe not until after work which Service would be closed. Had my ride leave work early in order for me to make it in time. When I arrived to pick up the vehicle I was THEN and only then informed that you offer rides to and from the dealership. Why wasn't I told when I first made the appt., why wasn't I told when I dropped the vehicle off? More
