Everything was great, from Juan’s customer service to the complimentary manicure! Juan kept me posted on the status on my car. Unfortunately the car needed to be returned and fixed again, but it was looked a complimentary manicure! Juan kept me posted on the status on my car. Unfortunately the car needed to be returned and fixed again, but it was looked at and fixed promptly. I was given a loaner both times and was offered for someone to pick up the loaner and return my car to my home (which I declined, but was a kind offer). Thanks for everything! More

Brandon Martin, was attentive and informative and worked with my needs. He explained the car's new features and how they worked with patience and a great attitude. Javier Munoz took care of the paperwork and expedited the payment of my old lease so I could move forward with the new lease. All in all, it was a very good experience. More

I was a regular customer but my last visit left a bad taste in my mouth. Was charged much more than anticipated for a service repair after having already spent over 1k 3 mo ago for a 100k mile check. T taste in my mouth. Was charged much more than anticipated for a service repair after having already spent over 1k 3 mo ago for a 100k mile check. They also no longer accept credit cards for payment without incurring a service charge of 2.75%. Finally, had to deal with sales person trying to convince me that they wanted to purchase my old car when really what they wanted was to sell me a car. Not sure I’m going to go back again. More
Diasappointed Customer I have been using Huntington Toyota for 17 years. The reason I purchased my second Toyota at Huntington was because of their service dept. I brought I have been using Huntington Toyota for 17 years. The reason I purchased my second Toyota at Huntington was because of their service dept. I brought my Prius in for service on Feb. 1 for an oil change & tire rotatation. At that time a "multipoint inspection" was performed. I was never given a report. Six days later the car would not start after getting it started we brought the car in again. We were told by the advisor that he would park it and try again . He called us and said the car started and was OK. A few days later the same ting happened . We brought the car in and were told we needed a new battery. It seems to me that this should have been discovered with the "multipoint inspection" or on our second visit. If a car does not start, it would seem to me that you would check the battery. Instead we had to get stuck a second time. To add insult to injury we were told that we would be charged extra to use our credit card. More
