Quick diagnosis and repair I called on a Monday morning with a problem that had developed Sunday afternoon. A gas station identified the problem as failed engine mounts. Happily, I was seen within the hour. I appreciated being seen on an emergency basis. Especially, as I was traveling and this was not my home dealership. The staff worked diligently for an hour to diagnose the issue. It turned out to be filters that were needed along with other adjustments. The repair was made while I waited. Having driven the car for two days, I am confident that the problem was addressed. More

20k service My Service light had been on for a coupe of weeks, and could not make it to my regular dealership. I was in the neighborhood and decided to stop in to see if Toyota of Huntington would take me. To my surprise, I drove up and was pleasantly greeted. I was told to take a seat in the waiting room where Rodrigo promptly called me to his office to chick me in. Since this was my first visit, I was asked for my license to enter my info into the system - that process was quick and easy. I went to the waiting room and enjoyed a Starbucks per cup coffee along with a bagel and cream cheese )all complimentary). In the waiting room was a lady (paid by Toyota) to give customers free manicures - I actually saw a customer take her up on the offer (the customer looked happy). in under an hour Rodrigo located me in a quiet corner on a work video conference call (using their wifi - no lag, very happy about that). Rodrigo patiently waited for me to sign the paperwork, when I was done, I went to his office, got my keys and was off. I will be using Huntington Toyota for services going forward! if their sales people are anything like Rodrigo and my experience today, I may by purchasing or leasing my cars from here as well.
