all good Went in for an oil change, tire rotation, and maintenance; wound up with new front brakes too! I did not intend to spend over $400 on this visit. It Went in for an oil change, tire rotation, and maintenance; wound up with new front brakes too! I did not intend to spend over $400 on this visit. It cancelled my weekend away. I am stumped that there is no "leeway". No one said, "Your brakes are low, you'll need to get new brakes, next week for about $400." I was told that I needed them now. Everything was completed in about an hour; but I wasn't shown any results of the work perfromed- no worn brake pads or anything. I was told more than one mechanic worked on my vehicle. I truly hope the work was performed proficiently; More

Being Toyota consumer for years I feel the service quality is going down I have a certified. Who le purchased from a Toyota and went for Annual inspection.
