Pointed out to Robert Geekie I had a nail in a tire and cabin filter was dirty. Robert Geekie addressed it to me before doing the work. I know now my Sequoia I don't have to worry about anything on my future trip. More

Faster then expected service. I helped my wife bring in her car for a service check and we expected to leave the car for the day. Gus advised us to wait for the car it would take I helped my wife bring in her car for a service check and we expected to leave the car for the day. Gus advised us to wait for the car it would take only about 1 hour. We waited, and it was ready in 45 minutes saving us a trip back later in the day. An outstanding visit I arrived early in the morning for servicing so that I could have the rest of the day free. Gus greeted me with a smile in the garage and brought me I arrived early in the morning for servicing so that I could have the rest of the day free. Gus greeted me with a smile in the garage and brought me back to his office. What impressed me the most was his thoroughness while we discussed my (older) car. He explained some technical matters in a way that I could easily understand. After we agreed on the scope of my work, I waited in the very comfortable waiting area for a reasonable length of time. Gus returned to tell me about the mechanic's findings, and I agreed with his recommendations. The work resumed, and I was out the door not long after that. Gus impressed me with his knowledge of my car and also with his professionalism and courteous manner. I look forward to working with Gus again. More
