Always on guard for the run around My service started out with a push for me to buy new tires. I also had 10$ in rewards that I had to inquire about before that was put toward my service charges. I was told that my 5000 mile service had not been performed in over a year. I am at this dealership regularly every 5000 miles to change my oriole how could this have not been communicated to me before. This was by far the worst experience I’ve had there as Kelly is my usual service representative and she is absolutely wonderful More

Check in was easy and the attendant was pleasant and Kelly Henry checked me in and listen to one problem we had with the car. I waited for the car and it was done in an hour. Kelly explained the service and this was a no charge maintenance. The waiting area is roomy comfortable with coffee and bagels available. I highly recommend Toyota Of Huntington to purchase your next Toyota. More

Rodrigo Arichabala came out of his office to personally greet me and escorted me to his office and wasted no time to get the work order started. He walked me to the waiting area and offered me coffee and a bagel. The waiting area is very clean and spacious, it is not often you see a clean waiting area. Rodrigo came by to let me know it will be ready soon and again about 10 minutes later to say “your car is ready” my vehicle was also shown to me in the driveway by Rodrigo. It is refreshing to have someone who is attentive and respectful of customers time. I highly recommend going to Rodrigo when you go for service. More

Service in a Flash! I was visiting my family in Huntington when I realized I was due for 10,000 service on my 2018 Corolla. I was fearing the worst in terms of being a I was visiting my family in Huntington when I realized I was due for 10,000 service on my 2018 Corolla. I was fearing the worst in terms of being able to get an appointment on the Saturday after Christmas...and if I did, I thought I was in for a loooong wait. Neither situation turned out to be true! I did get an appointment and my car was serviced in a very reasonable amount of time. My Toyota dealership in NC should take a lesson from you! Thank you to Wayne and the service technicians for your prompt and courteous service on a busy Saturday! And the bagels were great! :-) More
