I have two Toyotas and have brought them both here for service for many years. I appreciate that everything is done correctly the first time. Their service is not cheap - but what service is? Most importa service for many years. I appreciate that everything is done correctly the first time. Their service is not cheap - but what service is? Most importantly, I have never been oversold, pressured to do repairs, and everything seems honest and fair. I have found each service manager to be polite and helpful. Same for the other staff there. They have performed some expensive repairs for free. When one of my cars had almost 100K miles, a set of buttons failed on the dashboard. The service manager had never heard of this set of buttons failing. He called Toyota, and got them to send a replacement part for free. That was a $1000 part. They then replaced the part for free. Another time, I ran over something and it bent my all-stainless steel exhaust pipe. The replacement part was $1500. Instead of making me spend such a large sum, they spent some time to weld, bend and repair my existing pipe. I really appreciate that. That took more than average skill, and it saved me money. When I go to other places for an oil change, they try to sell me all kinds of other parts and services. Cabin air filter, engine air filter, radiator flush and fill -- just because something is in out of the box condition, I am told I should replace it. They never do this here. They have a manufacturers replacement schedule and they stick to it. That's fair, and it makes sense. Once again -- its not cheap, but my cars all run like new and I feel the maintenance makes sense to protect my investment. The car I drive every day has 120,000 miles on it and just passed inspection, all it needed was wiper blades. I have used the shuttle service, and it did take longer than I'd wish - but they are not a taxi. If I use it again, I will make sure to leave time, now I know they often have multiple stops. Surely I would not tell someone to never use this company again because they were a little delayed. I recognize this is a convenience provided, and not a substitute for my primary transportation. The service area has free coffee, wifi, bagels and cookies. It's always clean. They even have had free manicures at some times, which I have seen many women pleased to take advantage of. They email me valuable discount coupons. They have a convenient evening drop off service which I use, allowing us to drop off in the evening and pick up the next day. I don't know what else I could ask for, I use them frequently and would do so again. I have recommended them to other Toyota owners who have not been happy with the service department in Smithtown. More

Juan was beyond amazing. Not only did he take care of my car, he took care of my daughter and I. When I realized I left her bottle in the car outside, instead of me going out with her and getting it, he wen car, he took care of my daughter and I. When I realized I left her bottle in the car outside, instead of me going out with her and getting it, he went outside and drove my car to the inside garage for me so I didn't have to take my baby girl out in the cold. Wow! Best service I've ever received at a dealership - Toyota or otherwise! More
I was very pleased with my recent service visit. It was very easy to get my appointment at my desired time and was able to wait for my car. I own a 2011 Sienna. I have it serviced every 5000 miles at Huntington Toyota as part of the Toyota Care program. The service is amazing. I used to bring in my old 1996 Toyota Camry in for service all the time here years ago. I moved out of the state so I can't bring my car for service anymore. Just wanted to thank you on behalf of my parents(not sure even if you were made aware) but they were having a problem with the battery on the used Avalon, so my dad called David Moon, he spoke to his manager even if you were made aware) but they were having a problem with the battery on the used Avalon, so my dad called David Moon, he spoke to his manager and they said to bring it in. It was replaced it without a problem. While there he was also very impressed with the service area and the speed of which it was handled. In addition, he mentioned to the mechanic that a small clip was missing from the seatbelt and that was also fixed without a problem. Everything was excellent.
