It's not possible to foresee or avoid every possible issue. What differentiates good service from great service is the manner in which a an organization responds. Without going into details, we recently had to deal with an unexpected major repair the root cause of which fell into one of those 'grey areas'. To be honest, I was prepared for an adversarial clash but instead, the team at Huntington Toyota listened to what I had to say and understood. I did not have to escalate. The service department willing put me in contact with Lenny and he really made things happen. I have to say they are true professionals when it comes to working with the vehicles they sell and the people that drive them. More
