Juan went out of his way to insure that filters were cleaned. He aired out car over night because he knew I am asthmatic, He even got a young person to sync phone to car. Took almost 3 hours for an oil change, tire rotation, and inspection, which is by far the longest it ever took. The salesmen tried selling me on "issues" with brakes even though they were fine and redone onl inspection, which is by far the longest it ever took. He said there seemed to be a grinding noise and vibration but I have not experienced either. He also took me out to show me another "issue" with he rotors but they appeared fine compared to the others. To top it off when I finally got in the truck to leave the inside smelled like smoke.
