Empire Toyota of Huntington is the first car dealership in 20 years that was SO excellent to work with that I actually feel a sense of loyalty. Leo is like a Jedi Knight of car dealership management and it was probably the single best customer experience in my life. William Bonilla in the service department was also AMAZING. A true gentleman, service expert, and went above and beyond to give my new car the very best start it could possibly have. Juan, my adviser, did a great job, as usual. He reviewed my service needs, arranged the necessary maintenance. Everyone was wearing masks and kept face to face contact to a minimum with plastic shields betw my service needs, arranged the necessary maintenance. When I picked up the car the drivers seat was covered in plastic and the floor had a paper mat on it. All in all it was a very good experience and, with the Covid issues that surround us, they took all the necessary steps to protect me and them. More
