Ford Encinitas either needs to hire more techs or schedule less work. It took 3 business days - 5 calendar days (including weekend) for an oil change, a tail light bulb fix and a few recall fixes. I rely on my work truck, I also work weekends, can’t afford to be without my work truck for 5 days after making an appointment for service almost 1 month in advance. Work it out or lose me as a customer for good. And I have been buying Ford’s loyally for 40 years. More
