Sometimes they don't pay attention to requests. Never addressed my issue and tried to uosale me to the tune of over $5000 for routine items. I will never go to this Ford Dealership or another for that matter again. Very pleasant experience with the salesman, Derrick Wing and F&I guy, Brad Cox. Most car dealerships have the wolf pack mentality which is a huge turn off! I found this dealership to be laidback and eas and F&I guy, Brad Cox. Most car dealerships have the wolf pack mentality which is a huge turn off! I found this dealership to be laidback and easy to work with. I also checked out the service department and was impressed with their customer service, I plan to make the hour and fifteen minute drive for my scheduled maintenance. I like the fact this dealership is not one of conglomerate corporation type dealers. More
