Unheard of!!! Phillip was informative, communicative, pleasant and sincere. When he called me to give me the bad news, repairs adding up to nearly $3,000, we discussed options. He was concerned and acknowledged the reality of needs vs wants. He did not try to sell me on more. I was shocked when he called me in the afternoon to tell me the car was ready. And then I was in awe when he asked me if I would like the car delivered....say what?!?!? What a joy to find out I was within the delivery range!
