Edgar was pleasant and good to deal with but the whole experience was terrible. Joe, sales manager treated me like he was doing me a favor by selling me a car and John the other sales manager was rude and experience was terrible. Joe, sales manager treated me like he was doing me a favor by selling me a car and John the other sales manager was rude and disrespectful and is just a bad salesperson and has no business being a manager. We brought the jeep back for a problem under the 90 day warranty and he actually stated that because they sold the car so low to me that they did not want to fix the problem. Bottom line was that because I did not purchase an extended warranty, they wrote me off the moment I drove off the lot. These two sales managers need to be re trained in post sale warranty and common sales management. I would never purchase a vehicle from this dealership again and by far the worst car buying experience I have ever been involved in. More
