Personnel are very friendly. I find the costs much higher than the Ford dealership I used in Michigan. That is disappointing - I spent close to $1500 for tires & had a slow leak I find the costs much higher than the Ford dealership I used in Michigan. That is disappointing - I spent close to $1500 for tires & had a slow leak (nail found). Got charged $39 for fixing. The same scenario up north was done free of charge due to my purchasing the tires from them. Rotation was also free of charge. Seems the same could be done here. More
