Good service. I went in for The Works service which includes a tire rotation. They were not able to do the tire rotation because the lug nuts supposedly were swol I went in for The Works service which includes a tire rotation. They were not able to do the tire rotation because the lug nuts supposedly were swollen which after doing research found is a big problem with Ford. They took $5.00 of the bill. I doubt if they would do a rotation for $5.00. My dealer at home took $12.00 off. They did not do the works service I asked for because the tires on had 2500 miles on them. The did everything else you get with the works. More

I asked to have my wipers inspected, they told me to clean them. I have a maintenance plan it shows you recommend replacement at 15000 miles.
