Our salesman, Hector, was great. The dealership was very clean and friendly. Our only concern was the financial manager. I WILL NEVER SEND ANYONE TO THIS DEALERSHIP ALL BECAUSE THE THEIR FINANCIAL DEPARTMENT. When you get a cash deal, you should NEVER treat a customer that way. Especially for the price of any car/explorer/truck. More

I was told that the warranty work (4/10 th hour job according to Ford )and oil change would take about two hours(I had a 9 AM appointment). after three hours I returned to the dealership and the work w according to Ford )and oil change would take about two hours(I had a 9 AM appointment). after three hours I returned to the dealership and the work was not completed yet The associate I was dealing with was on lunch so I talked to another associate that said it would be about another three hours. I said well that’s over five hours. His response was just because you’re bringing it in at 9 AM doesn’t mean we start the work at 9 AM. Sometimes we don’t get to it till three in the afternoon, REALLY! I understand sometimes it takes a little longer to get the vehicle work done, but this is not a comment that I expected! My expectation is when I bring it in for a scheduled appointment. You’ll start working on it in a reasonable amount of time not hours. The warranty work was completed correctly, along with oil change though after five hours. More

Englewood Ford was able to fix my fob, whereas 2 other Ford dealership service centers could not. They ordered my fob and reprogrammed as well as did my oil change service without having me go to Quick La Ford dealership service centers could not.
