The service department has had my son's Ford Focus for over 2 months. We don't get a phone call ever. We always have to call. They have not fixed the problems with the car although we have already paid ov over 2 months. We don't get a phone call ever. We always have to call. When we wanted to speak to the General Manager, Davit, he would not come out of his office and told his second, Charlie, that he did not want to talk to us.
