I bought a brand-new 2025 Ford F-150 Raptor from Envision Ford of Duarte. At delivery, dealership staff wrote a due bill on official dealership paperwork for cosmetic issues. I accepted the truck based on that written promise. Part of the due bill was completed, which proves they recognized it as valid. After that, they refused to honor the remaining items, claiming it was “not approved,” “not in their system,” and that the General Manager did not sign it. None of this was mentioned at the time of sale. They offered to repaint the truck, but repainting a brand-new vehicle makes no sense and hurts value. I requested reimbursement instead, and they refused to help. Every time I asked for a solution, I got a different story, a different excuse, or no follow-up at all. The communication was extremely poor. The dealership took my money, completed part of the due bill, and then refused to finish the rest. If you buy here, do NOT trust anything that is written on their paperwork unless: • it is approved in their system, • signed by management, and • you have email confirmation. I would not have accepted delivery without the due bill, and I regret trusting their written promise. I am now escalating through Ford Corporate and consumer agencies. I would not recommend this dealership to anyone based on my experience. More
