My wife and I bought a RAV4 PHEV here yesterday. It’s ok to be fearful when you’re buying a car for the first time, or first time in a long time. We felt the same way, especially since it’s been more than 15 years for us. The new car technology has evolved so much that we feel left behind. It’s hard to figure out how much of the new technology we really need. Plus, when visiting a car dealership for a more hands-on experience, many salespeople can get pushy. We did not feel that way when we walked into Envision Toyota at Milpitas, CA. The open showroom was a showcase for cars, not a sales trap. Ms. Pari Juergens was our sales representative, and it’s best to go line-by-line with how she treated us. 1. She’s warm and welcoming. Before we walked into her office to talk business, she made sure we knew where the refreshments and bathrooms were. It’s little things, but they make the encounter more comfortable. 2. She’s relatable. She wasn’t into sales talk. It was about getting to know you and your needs as the customer. She asked about our driving lifestyle. When talking about the Prius Prime, she got excited about the seemingly inexhaustible driving range. In comparison with another Toyota dealer around our area, the sales guy was pushy, trying to get us to commit to a car we didn’t even want. That was on our first stop, and he was already hyping up the car. What’s worse is that he was talking smack about Plug-in Hybrids and how they’re slow to charge. Getting out from there was like trying to pry a tick from my skin. 3. She’s extremely knowledgeable. Her knowledge of cars and logistics helped us understand more about the market, without pressuring us with scarcity marketing. She answered our questions thoroughly and with genuine reassurance. 4. She’s detail-oriented. Going back to the part where buying a car can be scary, Pari made sure she didn’t miss a step when showing us the features and perks of the car during the test drives. Some people would take that as an opportunity to brag or even make you feel ignorant. Pari gave us a friendly tour of the car and talked about how Toyota’s redesigns have evolved through the years. When it came to safety and technology, she showed excitement and sincere awe at Toyota’s products. 5. She understands family. Having a teenager and a toddler tag along can be a challenge. She was having great conversations with our sons while showcasing the car. She also went above and beyond by taking them on a tour of other cars while my wife and I did the busy work of doing boring paperwork. She also got the kids involved with adding the temporary registration on the car and getting it ready for us. 6. She’s reassuring. Even after the signing, she made sure not to let us leave until we understood the safety features and all the perks of being Toyota owners. She went into great and useful detail on how to contact Toyota for any issues. She also gave us a tour of the lobby and introduced us to the supply and maintenance teams. She helped us schedule our first maintenance appointment and walked us through the maintenance schedule for the rest of the warranty and maintenance period. If you’re looking for a new car, especially with the electric vehicle tax credit going away on September 30, this is the best dealer to stop by (I’m not advocating panic buying, yes, it’s going to go away). Make sure to talk to Pari or any of the sales team for a great deal on a great automaker brand. Envision yourself in a brand-new Toyota at Envision Toyota in Milpitas. More
This is no so much a review of the business as it is of one of the employees. I recently purchased my third vehicle from Piercy (formerly) and Envision Toyota. The common denominator of all three transac one of the employees. I recently purchased my third vehicle from Piercy (formerly) and Envision Toyota. The common denominator of all three transactions was the salesperson, Pari. With all three purchases (2 new and 1 used) Pari did an excellent job making feel comfortable and helping me to negotiate a great price for each Toyota vehicle. (Most buyers know that the salesperson does not control the final sales price/terms of the sale.) Pari was totally transparent during all of my transactions and provided advice regarding the availability of the vehicles, as well as things I should consider when selecting the model of each. For two of the purchases, I was a stickler about the exterior color and model. With both of these vehicles, Pari was upfront and let me know that the vehicles with the color and model were not in stock and she did not attempt to push or coerce me into selecting a vehicle that they did have in stock. Instead, she looked at the dealership incoming inventory and was able to place a hold (with a deposit) on the exact vehicle I wanted. I've owned a number of Toyota vehicles and I will always go back to Pari for future Toyota vehicles. With my most recent purchase (April 2025) I had a very good experience with the finance personnel with whom I dealt in completing the purchase. Both Jose and Melissa were friendly, professional and they were respectful of my time. More
Had an appointment for 50k service on vehicle. Was notified a tire rotation was needed. After 3hrs45minutes, I walked to the back of the service area and found my car just sitting in the parking lot. Was never notified my car was done. I had to ask the service writer. I waited close to 4 hours just for an oil change. The tire rotation was never done. Steer clear of this dealership. Worst service I’ve ever had. Will never go back to this place. More
This dealership is very open about how they are overcharging for cars simply because people will "pay for it". My husband and I visited to check out the 2025 Toyota Prius. I've worked in sales befo overcharging for cars simply because people will "pay for it". My husband and I visited to check out the 2025 Toyota Prius. I've worked in sales before, so I understand the process — but from the start, the experience felt slimy and I felt because we are young they thought we were not knowledgeable on prices or interest rates. The salesperson showing us the car was nice enough, but when it came time to talk numbers, he quickly had to call over his manager — a clear sign to me that he wasn't confident in closing the deal himself. Just take your business to another dealership, there are plenty in the Bay Area that are selling these cars for what their price SHOULD be. More
Bought a car from here, had to overpay when other dealerships were selling msrp, sad timing. In general, the service post buying car has been absolutely horrendous. Appointment times are not respecte dealerships were selling msrp, sad timing. In general, the service post buying car has been absolutely horrendous. Appointment times are not respected. The worst experience, Steve Fields one of the managers gets aggressive and creates lies. When called out with proof of his lies since every communication is recorded in their CRM tool he backpedals and cr gets aggressive and creates lies. When called out with proof of his lies since every communication is recorded in their CRM tool he backpedals and creates excuses and gets aggressive. They promised a second key, it’s in writing from their own finance department Aimal. They’re now avoiding phone calls, emails and the sales rep who was extremely helpful was terminated, confirmed that Ben the GM is avoiding calls. I have a text claiming the key is there and would be mailed however it’s been 3+ weeks and Steve just lied again claiming I’ve been told there’s no key and being aggressive since I reach out looking for an answer. Do not purchase here, horrible sales team More

-DO NOT BUY A CAR HERE -Predatory practices -Once they make a sale, they don't respond to your calls or emails anymore. Very difficult to reach anyone in charge. -It's been a month since I requested a re make a sale, they don't respond to your calls or emails anymore. Very difficult to reach anyone in charge. -It's been a month since I requested a refund for a fully refundable warranty, and they have not responded. -Stolen car parts upon purchase -Racist customers -Terrible customer service AVOID AT ALL COST. I've been trying to cancel the warranties I purchased for a full refund for over a month but have not received a response from the dealership after numerous calls, voice messages, and emails. I tried to email the finance manager today and it looks like my email IP address was BLOCKED. UPDATE: I've been in contact with Toyota finance, and they explained that the warranty I had for the car at the time of purchase is included. Instead the dealership charged me $2495 for it and did not even file the paperwork for it. More
