They offered a heavy discount with no dealer addons when I told them I was shopping for a new Camry. The pruchase agreement comes through and I notice it is marked as used, and the VIN has a carfax indicating one previous owner. Granted, the vehicle was barely used (less than 100 miles), but still, it had already been titled and registered previously. Long Story: The back and forth with their sales team has been very long, and if I wasnt carefully looking through everything, I probably would have spent more money. The inital interactions were positive, they matched a competiting offer right out the gate, ultimately decided I wanted a interior color they didnt have, all was good and I moved on. They reach out again saying they could get the color I want, price matched the OTD on a competing offer. It seemed like they were trying to make it look like an amazing deal by marking it up 10k and discounting it, but I noted that I was getting more of discount with the other dealer, they didnt want to fully match the discount, so I moved on again. (was later informed they didnt want to match cause they couldnt actually secure the vehicle) They reach out a third time asking if they could sell the alternate interior color to me still, I said id do it if they could offer me an even heavier discount, they accepted my offer right away and started sending me details, which came with problems 1. the initial otd breakdown indicated a $1500 aftermarket charge (dealer adds, which we agreed wouldnt be on there). They swiftly corrected it after I called it out 2. the purchase agreement, which indicated the car was used with 57 miles. Very strange, as I thought we had already established I was looking to buy new. I lookup the vin and find that it had been purchased previously out of state. Needless to say, I bailed on that, very bait-and-switchy experience in the end Sales people involved: KZ, Miles, Dino More

They slapped a $15,000 markup on the car and then tried to hide it by only talking about the monthly financing payment. I asked multiple times for the basic Out-the-Door price, and they refused to give it to me, constantly changing the subject back to the loan. They are not interested in selling cars at a fair price; they are only interested in trapping you in a horribly inflated loan. More

Sales rep approached us, he was knowledgeable and explained everything and had us test drive the car. When we came back and went to the showroom for the details, we were introduced to what they called "Sales manager" his name was Benjamin Alcantar Rodriguez oh man what a rude and hostile individual he was, disgusting! This manager was so high or had to be on some drugs because it was clearly showing the way he was childishly behaving. We were actually scared being around this guy who was intentionally disrespectful and was using borderline insane language towards us and other customers too. It was like how we can just leave this place unharmed. We are not sure what level manager he was, but with the insane negative attitude of Mr. Rodriguez, we would never in a million years buy from this place, it was an unbelievable experience. usage of inappropriate language and other unnecessary comments. We genuinely wonder how many other clients he treated this way and how do the dealers get away with such degraded service. This dealership lost another client due to this experience. I get ZERO joy from leaving negative feedback but I really had to. More
