Came to Ertle from the review of another and had the same salesman, David. I honestly can not be more appreciative to the service I received. I was at a Dodge Dealership 3 days before and was just a customer salesman, David. I honestly can not be more appreciative to the service I received. I was at a Dodge Dealership 3 days before and was just a customer, a number, a sale. But at Ertle, I felt comfortable, part of the gang. They were so accommodating and helpful that the first vehicle I looked at didn’t work out for me and I dragged them through a few more and went above and beyond to make sure I was happy with my choice. I held conversations with everyone just not my salesperson and the whole experience did not make me feel like a number or sale. More
