I was very happy with the service at Ertle , the Salesman Juan was helpful , knowledgeable and very efficient. He noticed a blemish on the tire rim and the service department had it fixed in no time. Tiffany did a great job taking the time to introduce herself to me even though the service area was appointment and brought my car in to be serviced. Tiffany did a great job taking the time to introduce herself to me even though the service area was ridiculously busy. She heard the concerns related to my car and assisted me through a warranty recall and fixing my heat shield rattle. CJ used to be my service representative but now has moved to service manager and does a great job remembering each customer that is serviced. As long as Tiffany is a service advisor, I will continue to be an Ertle Subaru customer. More
