I switched to Ertle from another Subaru Service company and I am so glad I did. I have had my 2011 Impreza serviced there several times and have been pleased. I recently had an oil change and about a week and I am so glad I did. I have had my 2011 Impreza serviced there several times and have been pleased. I recently had an oil change and about a week later I noticed my cross bar for my rack was loose. I called and explained that I only had a few days before I had to return to work and really wanted to go kayaking once or twice before then. The team at Ertle slipped me in for a quick adjustment and I was on my way with a smile! Thanks to the team there for helping me get my rack repaired and special kudos to Lucas who went the extra mile to not only fix my cross bar but show me how he did it. Now I can monitor and correct the issue in the future if necessary. Thanks again for wonderful service and a freindly supportive staff. I will return for future service! More

Reliable Service I'd previously brought my car in for some work in May, so, when I brought it back for an inspection in August I was expecting to have to leave my car I'd previously brought my car in for some work in May, so, when I brought it back for an inspection in August I was expecting to have to leave my car there overnight. Instead, my car was ready within a matter of hours and, since I purchased the car there, the inspection was free. I can't remember ever bringing my car in anywhere any getting charged nothing for it. Great place. More

I purchased 3 cars this month with my family. My best experience was at ertle I’d recommend them to anyone. These guys take good care of me every time I go in there with any issues. I recently had a loud squealing noise coming from what sounded like my front driver side wheel well. I assumed it had something to d with any issues. I recently had a loud squealing noise coming from what sounded like my front driver side wheel well. I assumed it had something to do with the brake but it was loud like a wet belt squealing. I took it in immediately, the shop was busy so they gave me a loaner. The next day Dave called me up and said “we took all the wheels off and inspected all the pads, rotors and calipers. The pads look good, the calipers look good, and the rotors look good. One has a slight scratch so it looks like you just got a small stone stuck in there.” Apparently, the stone must have fallen out when they checked the brakes. I was so relieved because I was expecting to spend around $400-600 for some new rotors and whatever else but I only spent $16 on a couple of new bulbs for the liscense plate that were out when they checked. The mechanic even sat with me while I drove it to see if the noise came back. Problem solved. A lot of other unscrupulous shops would have taken advantage but these guys were honest. The car has been a workhorse and I’ve been able to count on these guys. -Barry, East Stroudsburg More
