Waiting for My Service at the Dealer I scheduled an appointment for service in advance so I may "wait" for the service at the dealer. The car was in the parking area for 45 minutes and wa I scheduled an appointment for service in advance so I may "wait" for the service at the dealer. The car was in the parking area for 45 minutes and was not being serviced. I enquired TWICE with Steve Waldman and there was NO response. I finally spoke with James, the Service Manager, who made sure the car was serviced right away. I NEVER "saw" Kathy Aimer who is supposed to be the service rep. I did not have my cell phone with me. When I got home, I saw a text from Kathy. Just a suggestion: If the customer is in the shop, Kathy should come and greet the customer in-person. I have less than good experience with Kathy each time I visit for service. May I request for another service rep please? More

Poor communication & misinformation Two years ago I bought my car from here and had a decent experience. After that, however, the customer service has been awful. One time I had my oil c Two years ago I bought my car from here and had a decent experience. After that, however, the customer service has been awful. One time I had my oil changed and asked for a complimentary car wash. They said that would be no problem and it would be done. When I picked my car up, it was in fact, not done. I went back in and confronted them about it. They said my car was washed. It clearly wasn't, as all of the dirt and bugs on the front were still present. More recently, I scheduled an inspection appointment. The woman I spoke to was Lauren. I asked her if she could check to see if the county I live in requires emissions (I have moved a couple of times now since I bought my car). She checked and told me that my county does not require emissions. I explained that I needed my car done same-day. She told me I would need to drop it off first thing in the morning. To make things easier, I dropped it off the night before. On the day of the inspection, 3pm rolls around and I still did not receive a phone call. I called and asked for an update on my car. The man I spoke with stated that he would check. He got back on the line after 5 minutes and stated that it was at Abeloff for emissions. I asked him why I did not receive a phone call and that I was told it wouldn't need emissions. He had nothing to say to that. Then, Steve W. called me back and stated that he had to check to see if it would be done in time for him to complete the state inspection before the end of the day. So, my car sat on their lot all morning and part of the afternoon until they decided to do anything with it? Didn't even have the decency to call me, and took it upon themselves to drive MY car to a different service center without MY permission. Absolutely unprofessional at best. Will never deal with this dealership again. I understand that they might have been backed up and busy, but that's no excuse for poor communication. More
Would give zero stars if I could. We had a deal. I told him I was coming Saturday to pick up the car and that it was a big journey.
