Waiting for My Service at the Dealer I scheduled an appointment for service in advance so I may "wait" for the service at the dealer. The car was in the parking area for 45 minutes and was not being serviced. I enquired TWICE with Steve Waldman and there was NO response. I finally spoke with James, the Service Manager, who made sure the car was serviced right away. I NEVER "saw" Kathy Aimer who is supposed to be the service rep. I did not have my cell phone with me. When I got home, I saw a text from Kathy. Just a suggestion: If the customer is in the shop, Kathy should come and greet the customer in-person. I have less than good experience with Kathy each time I visit for service. May I request for another service rep please? More
