I bought a 2018 Crosstrack from Ertle Subaru with no intention of going back for service because of distance. I’ve been so impressed with them that i not only drive almost 45 for service appointments intention of going back for service because of distance. Somewhat disappointed Agent recommended $500 of service items that were premature for this mileage.. the Car was not washed before delivery. Oil change, new tires, brakes done. Used a rental so I was not at all inconvenienced. Upon arrival, they had no one to wash it, so I was given a card to Sparkle nearby. Brought my car in at 7:30am for service and was told it would take a few hours...called at 3:00 and they didn’t take my car in yet. Called at 5:00pm and said they were just about to pull my car in and it w would take a few hours...called at 3:00 and they didn’t take my car in yet.
