Brought my car in at 7:30am for service and was told it would take a few hours...called at 3:00 and they didn’t take my car in yet. Called at 5:00pm and said they were just about to pull my car in and it w would take a few hours...called at 3:00 and they didn’t take my car in yet. Oil change, new tires, brakes done. Used a rental so I was not at all inconvenienced. Upon arrival, they had no one to wash it, so I was given a card to Sparkle nearby.
