Service dept very dishonest My wife brought her 2012 outback for inspection which failed , they told her it needed brakes I purchased brakes as I do my own mechanic work .when I My wife brought her 2012 outback for inspection which failed , they told her it needed brakes I purchased brakes as I do my own mechanic work .when I removed the old brakes they were in close to new condition. I complained to the service manager and he was simply embarrassed and said he would get back to me ,never heard back. They are very dishonest! More

Appalling My vehicle was left dirty. Trash on the floor, Inspection sticker put on glue from the last sticker, windows down and car unlocked, wrong mileage on o My vehicle was left dirty. Trash on the floor, Inspection sticker put on glue from the last sticker, windows down and car unlocked, wrong mileage on oil change sticker, delay from car being done. I had to approach the desk and ask if the car was done after 15 mins. Found my USB charger broken and replaced in the lighter outlet with broken parts left in the area below. Very unhappy with this level of service. Spoke with Steven Wildman about these issues. Does not make me want to use you facility. More

David my service person was excellent and a bright light. The air bag light has resumed coming on. It was off for a while but is now back on and the trunk light by, which was one of the problems along with t The air bag light has resumed coming on. It was off for a while but is now back on and the trunk light by, which was one of the problems along with the air bag light, won't open anymore with the remote trunk release, but the light in the car cabin is off. Because of David I am giving the dealer 3 service stars eve though I have to bring it back for service of the same problem of air bag light. More
