Called in for recheck, and earliest schedule date was over a month in advance. 3 factory recall notices came due in that time frame, so had those done. Service was prompt, courtesy car was furnished. When picking up car, all work was done on warranty. Explanation and fix of tire noise was "bad bearing replaced, right front wheel". Car is a late 2018 Crosstrek with 22k miles, and it has cost us all new tires already! More

DID NOT RECEIVE TIRE ROTATION I was scheduled for oil change and TIRE ROTATION. I marked one tire before my visit. The ROTATION was not done. I presume the oil was CHANGED! Terrible experience Very disappointed. They had my car from Monday morning through Thursday evening. I had to call to find out that my car was finished. When I picked up Very disappointed. When I picked up my car I found that 1/3 of the work that was to be done was not completed. My car was dirty, most service departments provide a complimentary cleaning. When I questioned about having the work done that was incomplete, I was told I could come in for express service and possibly wait 3 hours. That sounds so inviting given that I have a 45 minute commute to the dealership from New Jersey. They told me they couldn't an appointment with loaner until mid-January. This is unacceptable since they didn't complete work that they had suggested should be done. Wr own a business and when the mistakes are made on our end, we make accommodations to correct the situation. Again, very disappointed. More
We’ve been using this dealership for quite a few years but this year we had a bad experience with the service department. Had to return the car for rebalancing wheels and then while traveling for thanksgi but this year we had a bad experience with the service department.
