Terrible experience Very disappointed. They had my car from Monday morning through Thursday evening. I had to call to find out that my car was finished. When I picked up Very disappointed. When I picked up my car I found that 1/3 of the work that was to be done was not completed. My car was dirty, most service departments provide a complimentary cleaning. When I questioned about having the work done that was incomplete, I was told I could come in for express service and possibly wait 3 hours. That sounds so inviting given that I have a 45 minute commute to the dealership from New Jersey. They told me they couldn't an appointment with loaner until mid-January. This is unacceptable since they didn't complete work that they had suggested should be done. Wr own a business and when the mistakes are made on our end, we make accommodations to correct the situation. Again, very disappointed. More
We’ve been using this dealership for quite a few years but this year we had a bad experience with the service department. Had to return the car for rebalancing wheels and then while traveling for thanksgi but this year we had a bad experience with the service department. Had to return the car for rebalancing wheels and then while traveling for thanksgiving the oil drained out of the car because the plug had not been put back correctly. More

We spoke about getting the 2020 Subaru, and Megan ex My wife and I went in to take a look at the new Subaru and was greeted by Megan one of the staff. We spoke about getting the 2020 Subaru, and Megan explain and showed all that this car came with, and the different colors available. She answer all our questions and concerns. Quick, friendly service. I had an appointment for oil and filter service and all around inspection. I was checked in very quickly, even though I arrived a bit early. Nothing wrong with the car 3 issues- 1: when I called for a service appointment because I feel that there is something wrong with my car, not a routine maintenance appt, they d 3 issues- 1: when I called for a service appointment because I feel that there is something wrong with my car, not a routine maintenance appt, they don't have openings available-he told me it would be a week later so I had to complain to the service manager who then got me in immediately (and a loaner car)--not sure why I have to complain to get my car in in a timely manner- this has happened a couple of times now. 2nd issue is they took the car out but could not replicate the issues I have been having, they said they would run a scan-I then paid $130 dollars---not quite sure for what, if you ran codes on the car wouldn't it only be once? I was billed for both issues I reported--follow up conversations with service staff are not always clear, they don't always know what's going on with the car...3rd, and this is super surprising, I have asked twice now for a trade in value....both times while they had the car for service b/c I don't want to talk with a salesmen right now---just want to know what I'm working with. More
