Wait time too long for express oil change Arrived at 7:30am for Express Oil change. No other customer in front of me and it took 2 hours and 15 minutes. In for inspection and service. I brought my auto in approx 1:30 PM and left it to be picked up the following day. I called to see what the status was and had to leave a message, I I brought my auto in approx 1:30 PM and left it to be picked up the following day. I called to see what the status was and had to leave a message, I believe after 2:30 PM, no one called me back. The following day I was told the person who handles service will be in after 9:00 AM. We went to your business about 10:30 and found that the car was ready the day before. They advised that they called!? No one called, I asked which number was called and gave my cell phone and left message. This is false, no one called and said maybe they made a mistake dialing the number! You should have more employees to take the calls, all you get is leave message and call back, not a good way to do business. My car was there another day when it was ready the day before, not a happy camper. More

Lots of information; very little pressure I liked the salespeople. They answered my questions, gave me suggestions on how to deal with concerns, didn't rush my test drives, didn't pressure me I liked the salespeople. Bad communication I took my vehicle at 11am. Didn’t get a call until 5:36 pm. Stating the vehicle was ready. All they did was a tire rotation. The lady over the phone N I took my vehicle at 11am. I run over to pick it up and no one is available. Had to wait for Monday to come to pick up my vehicle. My son PreK starts at 9 so we had to wake up extra early. I have a one yr old and 3yr old that i had to take into the cold morning for this mission. If they were going to stay with the vehicle this long they should have warn us about it and tell us the time they close. More
