Unprofessional Had my car there 3 times for same problem over the course of a couple months. The second time the car was in the service manager was Very adamant that Had my car there 3 times for same problem over the course of a couple months. The second time the car was in the service manager was Very adamant that the cause was dielectric grease in the connectors and spark plug boots. Well the light came back on. Now this 3rd time it was there they wanted to charge me over $900 to fix my wife’s car. Told them no it’s a repeat come back I’m not paying for repair. Picked up my wife’s car and had oily boot marks all over the door jam trim on both front doors and I oily scuff mark on the bottom the steering wheel dash cover and oily fingerprints on her glove box! Car was not this way when it was dropped off for service! Kathy was short and had attitude when I picked up my car when I asked her a question about where my parts were. I will be calling on Monday and I will be submitting a bill after I have my wife’s car detailed to get the oily marks out of her tan interior. This is completely unprofessional work. I will be contacting a lawyer and Subaru of America after the wire harness doesn’t fix my wife’s car. More
