Knows the car in and out I'm surprised Norbert isn't selling the cars because he knows the car in and out. This is my second outback and he taught me things I didn't know afte I'm surprised Norbert isn't selling the cars because he knows the car in and out. This is my second outback and he taught me things I didn't know after having my previous outback for 5 years. What he knows could be a game changer when it comes to someone buying the car or not. Highly recommended to go back 2 weeks after owning your car to ask Norbert about things you may not understand or wish your car did better. He will actually show you the car can do what you want. He is polite, friendly and very, very knowledgeable and extremely helpful. He makes sure you leave knowing your car inside and out. A very patient teacher. More

Slow service when waiting for car at dealership4 When. I went for an oil change in May of this year I had a 2PM appt. And they put another car before mine and I had to wait over one and a half hours When. I went for an oil change in May of this year I had a 2PM appt. I have bought numerous cars from them only because they are the closest dealership. I love Subaru cars but not this dealership. More
