W.hen arrived, no one acknowledged my presence, even with eye contact or a motion, even when hanging up the phone, for a while. Becky in service short and rude. She said there was no way I could take a loaner 4 days before scheduled service. she said that the people who answer the phones “don’t know what they’re talking about”. I told her I spoke to Maria the office manager and she just shrugged and said the same thing. It didn’t seem like she knew who I was referring to. She never asked my name or pulled up my file, which had a note from Maria to allow me to take a loaner early. Becky admitted she was very new, but had no problem telling me what can’t be done. When I came back 2 days later, Becky “helped” me and was just as short and rude. She forgot to give back my insurance cards. She had me sign there was no damage on the loaner without seeking it. I asked if we would check the damage and she said there shouldn’t be any. I was told the car was right outside, although I had to walk through the parking lot trying to figure out which gray legacy was for me. When I came to pick up my car, I had to ask them where the car was before they offered to bring it from the car rear and then had the same problem finding it the car that was “right out front”. The girl who did my pickup paper work also had no idea what was done to my car and if all of the recalls were repaired. Although this was a free service, I would never use this dealership for other services or buy a car here! More

Nightmare They didn't call me when my part (radio) arrived for a warranty repair. They didn't return my call when I tried to check on the status. I wanted it fixed before I took my 3 teenage grandchildren on a road trip. Since they don't return phone calls I went in to Ertle Subaru when I returned from my road trip. They apologized, ordered the part again and scheduled a service date for the next Thursday. There's no parking because they overbook the service department so I had to park across the street. They gave me a loaner. It was not a major repair so I thought I would have my car back that afternoon. It wasn't touched that day. Things happen, but I thought it would be done the next day. Nope. Was told it would probably be done on Monday. I found that unacceptable and let it be known. They stayed late and fixed my car. I picked it up Saturday morning. They told me it was ready to go. I checked to make sure it worked properly (since they had messed up a recall repair a couple months earlier and I had to come back for them to fix that). It didn't work so I went back in and voiced my displeasure. They seemed annoyed that I was angry. They sent a very nice young man out to the car who finally got it operating properly. He was very apologetic for the poor service. It wasn't like this when I first purchased my car. I don't know how their service department deteriorated so badly. I just know I will not be taking my car to Ertle Subaru for service nor will I buy my next Subaru from them. It shouldn't take 2 months to get a radio fixed. More
Went for one, bought two! I went into the dealership knowing exactly what I wanted and how much I was willing to spend! Got my car, then bought another for my husband!!! Jon, I went into the dealership knowing exactly what I wanted and how much I was willing to spend! Got my car, then bought another for my husband!!! Jon, my salesman, and Megan, my initial phone contact, went above and beyond to assure that both cars were ready and Jon even drove one home to my house so I wouldn’t need to make two trips. These make my fourth and fifth cars from this dealership, and I’ve sent others there as well! Keep up the great customer service, guys!!! Thank you! More

You need a sign in sheet The only thing I didn't like is when you come in there is no system to determine the order of the next customer. After waiting for so long to be help it's very frustrating to have this happen. More
