Scheduling was quick and easy. I was surprised about the air cooling filter- didn't know there was one, let alone it needed to be changed. I wish they had physically shown me the wiper blades that were "ripped" as I had not seen any evidence of streaking. But I am not sorry they replaced them as I trust that they were damaged and winter is coming. Overall very pleased. More

I left not really knowing if my problem was a problem or not. But the solution was a $3200 fix if it happened again (passenger seat sensors for the air bag.) I was told the warning wasn't on while it was at not. But the solution was a $3200 fix if it happened again (passenger seat sensors for the air bag.) I was told the warning wasn't on while it was at the dealership. 2 miles down the road with a passenger and the light comes on! Did no one think to drive it around a little bit with a passenger? A couple days later, after the 25 point check, my oil light comes on. It was at least a quart low. That didn't happen in a week, so don't tell me you checked the oil. Lastly, the lid of the windshield wash fluid was left open. Sloppy job at best. I'll be calling someone else about the air bag. More
