took car in for first service had the 8am appointment got the 745am oil change tire rotation and radio needed an update. first one there, sat and watched 5 other people come in after me and leave before got the 745am oil change tire rotation and radio needed an update. first one there, sat and watched 5 other people come in after me and leave before me. was told they could not wash my car because it was going to rain but would vacuum it out which i was OK with that. Got in car and no vacuum took place. also asked for an estimate for mud flaps which I got and said let me think about it. got home and found that six screws had been removed from the rear of the car where mud flap would go. screws had been there before the service More
