I was politely greeted as I showed up 15 minutes early. I had called a week in advance to make sure my oil change could be complete by 9:15, I had a 10:00 appointment scheduled 45 minutes away. I live in Easton and had a less than desirable time while purchasing my car and hadn't come back since. I thought I would give you another chance. My service rep took a walk-in before me then spent 15 minutes catching up with an old friend, I am now 20 minutes behind my appt time. At 9:20- I asked where my car was and I was told they were washing it, at 9:35 they called me to the desk because my car was ready, then my invoice wasn't ready, then at 9:40 the cashier said she was just going to ring it up since it was just an oil change and tire rotation. I added the tire rotation- although I thought it was a little strange that my tire pressures ranged from 230-200 when they were done. The greeter walked me to my car and we discussed what had happened, ask her she saw it all. Needless to say I was 30 minutes late for my other appointment, fortunately they understood. Needless to say you have solidified my reason on why I didn't come back after I purchased my car- POOR SERVICE. You lost a paying customer and people will hear about my ERTLE experience as I also work in the service business. More
