oilchange & tire rotation Everybody was super nice. Howerver I marked the 2 front tires to make sure they would be rotated. The marked tires were still in the front position. Courteous ,Friendly,Excellence Service advice, I have been dealing with advantage Ford for years ,But, this year I had a problem with my Explorer. Long story short . I left my car at advantage f I have been dealing with advantage Ford for years ,But, this year I had a problem with my Explorer. Long story short . I left my car at advantage for the time they needed to fix it ..They got me a loner from Enterprise .No cost to me . The Machanic Vinnie is a master at what he dose . it took a while to get the parts ,But the job was done with expert knowledge and craftmanship. All the while they had my Explorer Dustin Bauer the service person kept me informed of the progress of the repairs. when i picked up my car it was clean and ready to go.
