Advertised price does not include everything. It is my understanding that the advertised price fir a car must include all charges excluding sales tax. Their price does bot include a $599 dealer fee, nor the $350 they charge to transfer the title. I understand nearly all dealers charge a fee, but it should be included in the advertised price. When I purchased my last car in the same state those tag fees were about $120. The salesperson tried insist they were charges by the state. Only if you are requesting a new title, which I was not. I just suspicious when they are not upfront....what else may they be hiding? Decided to purchase elsewhere. Oh and they will on,y take a certified check. How can you bring a check when the price is higher ? More

Wonderful,stress free I have never bought a car were the salesman did not try to pressure me. Fred was wonderful, at no time did he pressure me. Omission of a material fact about Wheel Locks on each tire. Never told about Wheel locks on each tire of the vehicle. And NOT HAVING THE WHEEL LOCK KEY! I WOULD'VE NEVER bought a vehicle with Wheel Locks Never told about Wheel locks on each tire of the vehicle. And NOT HAVING THE WHEEL LOCK KEY! I WOULD'VE NEVER bought a vehicle with Wheel Locks on without Wheel Locks key. I CAN'T EVEN change a xxxx single tire because of all these LOCKS!!!!!!!!!!!! I feel deceived. More

(unlike every other dealership in America) They would not hold the car with a deposit while I fly 1400 miles (and incur extra expenses) to get there to buy the car. They have the audacity to say they are $3-4,000 less than other cars. UNTRUE! I did my research and I know the value for the car I am looking for. After reading other reviews I realized they did me the favor. They only allow you financing through their dealership. If you use something else they charge you more for the car and they charge you $599 for their paperwork. RIDICULOUS!! Very Frustrating and very disappointing! More

Friendy staff but detailing of car was dissapointing I purchased a 2015 Optima EX on 1/20/18. The car had just arrived at the lot and needed some attention as one of the side mirrors wasn't functional a I purchased a 2015 Optima EX on 1/20/18. The car had just arrived at the lot and needed some attention as one of the side mirrors wasn't functional and bumper moulding and rear seat pull actuator were damaged. The people at EVO were very courteous and attentive to my questions and issues. They were able to remedy the problems with the car. The only issue I have is that the car was not "detailed" to my satisfaction. Since the car had just come on the lot, the car was dirty and needed a full cleaning. When I went back to pick up the car after servicing and "detailing", I was upset that their detailing basically entailed running the car through a car wash. There was still dirt on the wheel wells and the interior had not been cleaned. I questioned the attendant why the car wasn't detailed and he said "we don't do that", although I was told the car would be detailed prior to purchase. I was expecting a full detail which my assumption was a thorough clean, wax, vacuum, and conditioning of the interior. For almost an 18K purchase, I should expect nothing less. Bottom line is that the dealer is very courteous and attentive but you basically get what you see on the lot. More
