I purchased a 2016 CLS 400 Mercedes on March 7 but the bumper needed to be replaced. It took them almost 2 weeks to replace a bumper that did not have to be painted. No one returned my call until I sent an email to the general manager. The salesman Jorge was great but he was new so I could not fault him for the run around I got. When I finally pick the car up I waited for hours for them to clean it up when they told me the car would be ready. I did get a free fill up but that wasn't enough to satisfy the anger. I had the car inspected which they didn't because if they did they would have seen the suspension had been tampered with. The suspension on this less than 30 days old car is messed up and the cost to repair it is $4900. These cars are NOT inspected purchase at your own RISK! I should have pulled out the deal when they dropped the ball with the bumper issue. I have been driving Mercedes for a long time and I have never experienced what I experienced with this car lot. Liars, grifters and thieves. Had vehicle delivery to my home as it was a service they offered. Car not delivered 1-21-22. After numerous calls and lies, car was finally delivered Monday evening 1-24-22. Set appointment with Toyota to have vehicle inspected, 1-26-22. Inspection shows blown head gasket, nearly 3 quarts low on oil, and most likely blown rings and bent rods as head gasket would not blow out that much oil. It's consuming oil. Plugs do not look like they have been replaced and appear to be original plugs. Engine is shot. Contact Evolution cars, spoke to Jay. Jay said he was going to tell the manager... Still no call from sales manager after 2 days. Contact Evolution cars again, they transfer me to 'Miss D' in service and she began to tell me the car should have never been listed for sale yet as it had not gone through service. That they were going to pick the car up and make things right... 3 days pass, no contact. Call and leave VM for 'Miss D'. Again, no call back. Call back Friday and was sent straight to VM. Sunday 2-6-22 returned vehicle and spoke with manager 'Roddy'. Handed him signed sales contingency rider. Confers with the sales weasel Jarod about this contingency rider. Sales weasel confirms this to be true. Told me that they were going to 'rewind the deal', asked me for my email address and they would be sending me paperwork to refund my money the following day. Paperwork never shows up, keep calling and they keep dumping my phone calls into VM and no one ever contacts me back. Called from a different number and under false name... Get Manger 'Eugene'. Tells me they have fixed the car and to come pick it up. After consult with lawyer he tells me to go get the car. Car has not been repaired. Engine was untouched, not even the plugs. More
Had a Terrible experience purchasing the car. They did not even have the car serviced before selling it to me. The car didn't have an oil change and a check engine light came in 4 days after i purchased i not even have the car serviced before selling it to me. I was instructed by the service department to go to a Hyundai dealership because I am covered under warranty. This was a lie and Evolution Cars should fix my vehicle. All of this is due to Evolution Cars Negligence. Now no one is answering my emails or calls. This dealership has sneaky business practices. More
WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!!!!! Was in contact with so called salesperson Khalia Bush for 4 days about financing a vehicle. Everything was suppose to be good to go, loan approval with a certain amount down, paperwork and all was supposed to be done and ready when I got to dealership. NOTHING was done or done correctly even though they had the correct information after a little misunderstanding of income. I was supposed to still be approved with said amount of down payment. Most of the sales people were very unprofessional sitting on their cellphones, not interacting with customers, sitting there eating cookies and talking amongst the coworkers. Then said manager came out after I lost my cool after driving over 2 hours to get to dealership and they knew I was coming only to try and put the blame of the whole mess on me. But I have text messages between Khalia and I about the whole deal and nothing was ever done about it. Was supposed to receive a call from so called manager today by 10:30 am and no call. So I called and left VM and still no call back. NEVER DEAL WITH THEM!!!!! And did I mention that I drove over 2 hours from Chattanooga, TN area through Atlanta traffic just to be treated horribly and lied to by all persons involved!!!!!! More
By far one of the most unprofessional dealerships I've ever dealt with went there traded in a vehicle to get another vehicle had some IOU parts took over two weeks to get those which were only supposed to ever dealt with went there traded in a vehicle to get another vehicle had some IOU parts took over two weeks to get those which were only supposed to take about three days and I kept getting the runaround including going up there personally which I had already called and arranged for me to come pick up the parts but due to the service department only having one key that the service manager has could not get to my parts so I had to make another trip back up there to get my parts on top of that I've been waiting for my tag for the vehicle and the dealership sent my tag to my old address which then called to see what was going on with the tag The tag office lady implied that it was my fault that it went to the old address stating that I put that as my mailing address which I did not because all other paperwork from the dealership is getting sent to my current address therefore there was a failure in the tag department I've called multiple times left multiple messages cannot get someone on the phone and now I'm coming close up to my temporary tags expiration date do not go to this dealership at all cost constantly gives you the runaround no one seems to know what's really going on would not recommend More

Service sucked. They robbed me of 60,000. Durango broke down a week later. Mangers and employees gave ne the rub around. They would repair or fix it. I paid over 2,000 at the dodge dealership to get it fix. Now, I have to put a transmission in this suv I found out today. Evolution cars handled me wrong. Their integrity and service is horrible. I will let me attorney handle this going forward. In the mean time I dont want anyone else to get played our loose their money like I did. they dont have reliable vehicles. Really in my situation all they had to do was make things right. More
On July 26,21 I purchased a 2018 dodge durnago srt from Evolution cars. I paid over 18,000 cash . And over 50,000 financed for this vehicle . On August 3, 21 the vehicle broke down with me and my children Evolution cars. I paid over 18,000 cash . And over 50,000 financed for this vehicle . On August 3, 21 the vehicle broke down with me and my children in the suv. It wouldn't crank. I turned off and wouldn't crank back up. I called evolution several times while broke down . Trying to see what they wanted me to do with the vehicle as far as having it towed there. Several people answered but kept laughing once I told them who I was and what car I purchased . They kept giving me the run around transferring me. Needless to say no one even helped me. So, I had to make the decision of getting the car towed to the dodge dealership down the street from Evolution cars. Because the tow truck driver warned me that before he could tow the vehicle I had to have confirmation from the dealer that it was ok to drop off. Dodge stonecrest answered when I called and approved me to bring it . I called all the managers and everyone at evolution. I left messages. I still was ignored. It wasn't until days later I a made a review as a last resort on Google . That my sales person called me to see what the problem was. I can say he is the only who has been in touch with me . Playing the middle man. Because he can only do so much. But, he is the one who has been getting my messages to the managers and so on. But, still no manager would even call me back. Finally George the service manager called after my car sat at the dealership for two weeks. He was rude and unprofessional just like everyone else working at evolution. Except my sales person David. He tried. He asked what happens I explained to him I told him where the car was. He gave me his cell told me to call when I knew what was wrong with the vehicle. When dodge finally called back and told me what was wrong. I called Georges cell and left a message. I called evolution and of course got the run around. I have screenshots of call logs of every attempt to contact evolution cars. George never returned my call neither did any other manager. So , after a week of knowing what was wrong. I told dodge to go ahead and fix the problem . I vehicle I only had for a few days. Then it broke down. Now , we are at a whole entire month I have been without my vehicle. I actually just paid the first car payment. Wed I picked that car up from dodge it was finally ready. Not only had I been trying to reach evolution so had my advisor at dodge. Because they are familiar with evolution cars. I picked up my car contacted evolution to let them know it was fixed abs it was over 2,000. So , how would they like to make this right. I finally get a call last night from George saying the Gm said I would have to eat the cost and that's it. So, after being treated poorly. For me it's the principal. You don't treat people this way. The unprofessionalism from everyone working their management included wows. Even after everything no gm no other manager still hasn't contact me and the service manager George has only contacted me twice . They have ignored me and sent me on the run around. When I couldve just brought the car back there and had it fixed. That's not how you do business. They give buy here pay here lots a bad name. I even would settle for them paying half of the cost. But, to be ignored , disrespected, and dismissed. No, way you never know who you cross. These people took one look at me and done even know who I am. Don't even know how I actually could've blessed their dealership with more than just the over 60,000 dollars I spent . I have decided to give them one more week to make this right. But, after that. I will let my attorney handle it and news reporters. Because again at this point it was how they conducted business. I would like to say thank you David doe trying while everyone else set around and laughed and were complete jerks. More
