Bob is very patient. As we only had Saturdays to shop, the process lasted 3 weeks. I worked with Pete for my purchase and Ryan from finance and both were awsome. Ryan from finance was also very friendly and was able to get me finance rates and payment amount in a very short time. Ewald automotive even went so far as to have a driver take the paperwork to my father for co-signing up in LaCrosse. This is a 220 mile trip one way. The whole process was was fast and easy. Traded in my 1998 Honda Accord for a used 2012 Jeep Liberty Sport. Found the Jeep online and Wendy went out of her way to go get it for me as it was held elsewhere in quick manner. On 8/9/12, Ewald's in Franklin, WI found a leak in the differential when my Jeep was in for 90,000 mile service. They "fixed" it for me. On 8/11/12 while we were on vacation the pinion bearings in the d differential when my Jeep was in for 90,000 mile service. They "fixed" it for me. On 8/11/12 while we were on vacation the pinion bearings in the differential went out of the jeep. We had to have another dealer fix the problem on Monday. This dealer said the problem was with the work done by Ewald's. They had overtightened the yoke and screwed up the pinion bearings. Two days of lost vacation, hotel bills and meals because Ewald's didn't do their job right. When I returned from vacation, we called the service manager and asked if he could explain what happened. His explanation was that it wasn't anything they did. It was merely a coincidence that the bearings went out of the differential two days after they worked on it. His service people would never overtighten the yoke and cause any problems like this. What we learned from this experience is that this dealership does not stand behind it's repairs and apparently doesn't do the job correctly the first time around. Worst service department around. And since we had bought the lifetime warranty from Ewald's we've had every oil change, every service done at this dealership. We've suffered through 4 years of taking an hour to do an "express" oil change just because we thought we were getting quality, good service. Their loss as we were just getting ready to purchase a new Ram truck this fall and we will absolutely never go to this dealer again. More

Purchased a used 2010 Ford Escape XLT. It was every bit a nice as described. It was brought in from their Hartford dealership. The service I received from Dennis was great.
