I was in contact with the sales manager Dustin, who set us up for a test drive. Once we arrived the vehicle was all warmed up and ready to go! We really liked the vehicle but wanted to think about it. Ended up coming back the next day to drive it again. Dustin set us up with Doug, who was very knowledgeable with all the cars features and settings. Personally, i appreciated how respectful and patient the guys were in helping us find the right car that fit our needs. After agreeing on a car, Dustin worked with us on our trade as well as getting us a great rate. All the paper work went really smooth and faster then expected. Great staff and awesome experience! The Sales rep Joe called me Wednesday evening to find out what I all needed in my F-150, found a couple trucks that fit, and had them there and ready for me to look at Friday afternoon. Very responsive. Ewald's beat the other dealer on trade in offer for my vehicle that I was trading in by 31 %, and beat the other dealer's negotiated price by 7 % overall/out-the-door for a nearly identical truck. The negotiating process was cordial and fast. No need to twist arms or have a long and drawn out back and forth over making a deal. More

He also had a few other options for us in case the vehicle you picked did not work out which made the process quick and efficient so that we weren’t stuck there all night! On the test drive he was friendly and knowledgeable and did not make us feel pressured at all. He listened to what we wanted and did not push any thing on us, but he would suggest some recommendations that we should consider which was perfect for us since we don’t go car shopping every day. When we decided on our vehicle the process to get the vehicle was easier than I’ve ever had before. Finley had some of our paperwork already filled out and easily explained to us anything that was on the contracts. We then went off to finance and dealt with one of the associates there and he took care of us along with a speedy transaction as well from him. Unfortunately we have been repeatedly disappointed. The service department did not listen to concerns or information previously known about problems with our vehicle. They instead charged us an astronomical rate per hour for a “diagnosis” of an issue we had already told them about. They fell into the typical sleaze ball dealer that wants your money for a limited amount of work. Will make sure friends and family in the area steer well away from this establishment, and hoping you do the same! More
