I initially found the car that we ended up buying online and set up a time to come and see it. When we got there the car was pulled up and ready for us. We didn't get there until around 7pm and even though they closed at 9, they were willing to stay late so that the sale could be finalized and we were able to take the car home that night instead of having to drive back again, since we live a ways away. Overall, I would recommend this dealership to everyone, and would consider buying my next vehicle there. More

I went into the dealership in September of 2012. I bought a 2011 GT 5.0 Mustang. The service was great! I also bought the GAP insurance that Ewald Venus Ford offers at this time. Around 12 days later I was h a 2011 GT 5.0 Mustang. The service was great! I also bought the GAP insurance that Ewald Venus Ford offers at this time. Around 12 days later I was hit by another vehicle. This was on a Friday evening at 930pm. I talked with a representative from the dealership the next day. That day I had a new rental car and the staff started working on my GAP insurance and lender. That week Matt Young was working with me on the insurance provider and GAP insurance. By October I was in a brand new 2013 GT 5.0 Mustang! Marty, worked with me to get just what I wanted, great guy. The upside to all of this is my monthly payments went down. I had all of the same coverage with GAP insurance. Plus, my interest rate went down! Thank you, Ewald Venus Ford for the great service and wonderful above and beyond customer service. This is the third car in 5 years that we bought from this dealership.When we first walked in the showroom and looking at the cars on display no one seemed interested to help us.
