I every time we take our car in for regukar maintenance, there is a Laundry list of items and issues found. The car is only 5 years old so either we were sold a lemon, the quality of this particular model there is a Laundry list of items and issues found. Brought the car in for lots of problems and the one thing we asked was to fill the washer fluid. They didn’t even do that and they left the car dirtier than when we dropped it off. I would my service experience as fair - at best. A new gentleman would interact will me as I arrived. That was a first and a positive. They tend to act like you are an annoyance instead of concerned a $55k vehicle w/less than 25k miles has serious transmission issues. The topper us the dealer's petty policy of charging ne $20 because the loaner was not returned with the same gas level. (Close but a little off). That short sided pettiness will drive me to purchase me next vehicle from a different dealer. More
