I feel the service was better pre-pandemic. I've been a customer for almost 30 years and the personal touch seems to have been lost. Don't get me wrong, they scheduled service in a reasonable time, and the work done by the technician was good, but it seems like the department was too busy for me. I saw many Amazon trucks in the lot, so I got the sense that Amazon contracts take priority over everyday customers. I also know that cost have gone up in the last few years, but I felt like the expense for the service was a little high. I'm sure I will continue to use Executive for my vehicle service, but I'm a little disappointed with the feel especially being such a long time customer. More
Service Manager lacks accountability and has in my past experience with him about the service department. When I contacted him about the status of my vehicle when I was not contacted by the close of busin experience with him about the service department. When I contacted him about the status of my vehicle when I was not contacted by the close of business he replied that I was 30 minutes late (for a 1:00) appt. What he did not take into consideration was the car was going in for an oil change and on the drive over it began to overheat. Mike F was responsive and helpful with what turned out to be a coolant issue with my jeep. The quote to repair the issue was a new radiator and head gasket in excess of $4000. I had the head gasket repaired and did not need a radiator to resolve the issue for half the quote. More
